Working with SugarShot starts with a systems audit. We perform a 100-point check of your technology map, software licensing, compliance needs, and cybersecurity risk. Stage 2

Strategy

A great partnership starts with alignment and strategy. The SugarShot journey is anchored by a strategic technology roadmap and risk reduction plan, facilitated through our proprietary self-built platform, Frosty.

Stage 3

Implemen-
tation

Tackling the largest rocks and most urgent items first, we implement projects and initiatives to get your systems and policies up to speed and remove critical risk from the business. We then systematically work through an agreed roadmap of technology projects, quarter by quarter – tracking risk reduction as we go.

Stage 4

Solid state management

Day to day operational continuity is of critical importance. From on-call support to licensing, server management, patches, and physical hardware requirements, we are a one-stop shop for your technology requests and help-desk needs, week in-week out.

Stage 5

Quarterly reviews

Beyond our usual monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews allow us to take stock of what has been accomplished over the previous 90-day period and re-align strategic priorities to see if anything has changed. Where changes take place (as they always do), it is captured in our plan, and appropriated catered for in the future strategy.
